The variations of LUTZ BLADES serrated knives are enormous in the cutting edge shape. Shaft height and angle can be adjusted to the material to be cut. Here we have been producing a very wide range for decades, e.g. corrugated blades for the production of potato chips in crinkle cut.

Shafts can be made inward, for an aggressive needle-tip cut, or outward, for a soft permanent cut. Our knives always catch the perfect wave!
