Convex Blades

The uncoated Plush Blade – 9629 model by LUTZ BLADES, manufactured from stainless steel, is used in the textile industry, particularly for "carpet backing" processes. Since not all textiles are flammable, these blades are provided without a coating and are used for straight cutting of materials.

The radius of the blade can vary depending on the type of material to be cut. With a length of 85.00 mm and a width of 38.00 mm, it is ideal for industrial textile cutting applications.

The blade is available in four different thicknesses: 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.35 mm, and 0.45 mm. Different length options are also available based on customer requirements.
