The 2051 snap-off hook blade by LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from carbon steel. This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), a standard hard material known for its high wear resistance.

Typically visible in gold color, this coating has a friction coefficient of approximately 0.4–0.7 against reference steel and supports the safe use of the blade up to approximately 300 °C.

Featuring a length of 104.50 mm, a width of 17.70 mm, and a thickness of 0.50 mm, this hook blade is used for cutting various materials and can be customized according to specific customer requirements.
