The Trapezoid Blade-1040 model by LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from carbon steel. This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), known for its high wear resistance.

Typically gold in color, this hard coating features a friction coefficient between 0.4 – 0.7 against the reference steel and ensures the safe use of the blade at temperatures up to approximately 300 °C.

With a length of 61.00 mm, a width of 18.70 mm, and thickness options of 0.50 mm and 0.65 mm, this blade provides high precision in industrial material cutting.
