Trapezoid Blades

The Trapezoid Blade-1010 model by LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from carbon steel. This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), a standard hard material known for its high wear resistance.

This hard coating, typically gold in color, has a friction coefficient of approximately 0.4 – 0.7 against the reference material steel. The coating allows the blade to be used safely at temperatures up to approximately 300 °C.

With a length of 52.00 mm and a width of 18.70 mm, this blade is used for cutting various materials.

Available in three different thickness options: 0.40 mm, 0.50 mm, and 0.65 mm. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
