The Trapezoid Blade Black-1001 model by LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from carbon steel and stands out with its striking black color.

It is compatible with all standard blade holders. This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), a standard hard material known for its high wear resistance. This hard material, typically gold in color, has a friction coefficient of approximately 0.4 – 0.7 against steel.

The coating allows the blade to be used safely at temperatures up to approximately 300 °C. It has been specifically developed for film cutting in industrial applications.

With a length of 52.00 mm and a width of 18.70 mm, this blade is used for cutting various materials.

Available in three different thickness options: 0.40 mm, 0.50 mm, and 0.65 mm. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
