The foil blade-0710 is manufactured by LUTZ BLADES from stainless steel or carbon steel. This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), a standard hard coating material known for its high wear resistance. Typically gold-colored, this hard coating features a coefficient of friction ranging from approximately 0.4 to 0.7 against reference steel materials. The coating enables safe operation of the blade at temperatures of up to approximately 300 °C. With a length of 57.00 mm, a width of 18.80 mm and a thickness of 0.40 mm, this blade is ideally suited for the precise cutting of foils in industrial applications. Designed as a long slotted hole model, this blade continues to meet individual customer requirements.
