VDW Closed Type Carbon Spring Set is a product formed by combining high quality parts in automatic winding machines. Pile Powers are produced as a result of processes such as wire joining, heat treatment, stainless zinc plating, eye opening, soldering, German Groz Beckert brand eye attachment in various sizes, tip bevel and screw lance injection in our integrated facility of Korean origin steel wires of various thicknesses. Springs are produced with Carbon wires imported from Korea in various lengths, thicknesses and tensions. For the closed type, the Fishbone is pressed into the spring connecting wire by injection. It is screwed to the pile power after it is placed in the transparent hose by being combined with the spring and awn wire lances. Finally, they form a Closed Type Spring Set by attaching a silicone-supported hose. Products that pass quality control are ready for use. According to the machine feature, production can be made in the desired features.
