The black-2076 snap-off blade from LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and stands out with its striking black finish. It is coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), known for its high wear resistance. Typically seen in a gold color, this coating has a friction coefficient of approximately 0.4–0.7 compared to reference steel and allows the blade to be used safely up to ~300°C.

It is particularly preferred in professional drywall applications for cutting carpets, foils, and cable strips. It features a length of 100.00 mm, a width of 17.70 mm, and a thickness of 0.50 mm; ideal for professional material cutting. It has a rectangular form and does not contain snap-off segments. It can be customized according to specific customer requirements.
