The black 1296 hook blade from LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from carbon steel and stands out with its striking black finish. It fits all standard blade holders.

This blade is coated with titanium nitride (TiN), a standard hard material known for its high wear resistance. Typically gold in color, this hard coating features a friction coefficient of 0.4 – 0.7 against the reference steel and can be used safely at temperatures up to 300 °C.

With a length of 55.00 mm, a width of 18.70 mm, and a thickness of 0.65 mm, this blade has been developed for the precise cutting of film materials. It can also be customized according to specific customer requirements.
