Trapezoid Blades

The Trapezoid Blade-1000 model by LUTZ BLADES is manufactured from stainless carbon steel.

The blade is protected by a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, a hard material known for its high wear resistance. This hard coating, typically gold in color, has a friction coefficient of approximately 0.4 – 0.7 against steel. The coating allows the blade to be used safely at temperatures up to 300°C.

With a length of 52.00 mm and a width of 18.70 mm, this blade is used in industrial film cutting.

The blade is offered in three different thickness options: 0.40 mm, 0.50 mm, and 0.65 mm.

Custom production options are also available according to customer requirements.
